COVID SAFE PLAN

I am doing my part to protect my clients and community by following COVID safety guidelines and adhering to current risk reduction plans as suggested by the various county health departments of the State of California. Please review the General Safe Practices listed below and contact me if you have additional questions or concerns.

GENERAL SAFE PRACTICES

Physical Distancing & Prevention

  • All meetings will be held over the phone or via Zoom/Facetime.
  • Postpone any portrait sessions that are not urgent where possible.
  • Until further notice, I will only be scheduling outdoor portrait sessions.
  • Absolutely no outside persons not involved in the portrait session will be allowed to be present.
  • Stay 6 ft apart as much as possible.
  • Temperature check myself before a portrait session.

Health

  • If I am not feeling well, I will self-isolate immediately and will call you to discuss rescheduling. If you choose not to reschedule, you will receive back in-full your deposit or any session fees made.
  • If I am confirmed to have COVID-19, I will isolate for a minimum of 14 days and any will contact any clients who may have been exposed to monitor for symptoms and/or seek medical advice.

Equipment

  • Clean all equipment for a portrait session prior to and after being used.
  • Client/guests are not to handle any of my equipment at any time.
  • I will no longer be able to assist in taking photos using another person/guest’s camera/phone.

Hygiene

  • Carry hand sanitizer and cleansing wipes and have it made available to clients.
  • Ensure extra hand washing and/or sanitizing is adhered to (i.e. picking up an item).

Face Masks

  • A new or clean face mask will be worn at all times by myself and anyone who may be assisting me.
  • Subjects are not required to wear a face masks while being photographed outdoors in a public place.

Record Keeping

  • Should I become unwell up to 14 days after the event, I will immediately contact potentially affected families and suppliers and inform them that I am going in for testing and awaiting results. I will advise them of the results as soon as I know it.
  • Establishing a process for notifying the appropriate local and state health care agencies if I test COVID positive. This may include sharing limited client details for purposes of contact tracing.

If you are feeling unwell and have any flu-like symptoms, please let me know. I kindly request that any photography sessions are postponed and I will be happy to rearrange any sessions booked.
