You guys! I made chicken adobo today. Like the first time in 15 years. I know, probably one of the easiest dishes in the world, but I always managed to mess it up somehow. LOL. But not this time! And this is my first time making it for Tim. I think he approves. I’m not a great cook, but I believe this beautiful gadget will give me life. At the very least, we won’t be starving.
